AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN ACCESS AND UTILITY
EASEMENT FROM SIX-THIRTY, INC. A WATER TOWER SITE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , hereby
accepts an Access and Utility Easement executed by Six-Thirty,
Inc . , a Missouri Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , an Access and Utility Easement for a water
tower site , more particularly described as follows , to-wit :
A part of Outlot 61 , United States Private Survey Number
2199 , Township 30 North, Range 13 East , City and County of
Cape Girardeau , Missouri , described as follows:
Starting at the Southwest corner of Outlot 61 ; thence South
82° 37 ' 04 ' East , 2193 . 56 feet along the south li.ne of
Outlot 61 ; thence North 02° 06 ' 36" West , 60. 00 feet to the
point of beginning; thence North 02° 06 ' 36" West , 746 .51
feet to the South line of Corporate Circle drive ; thence
North 87° 53 ' 24" East , 15 . 00 feet along the South line of
Corporate Circle Drive ; thence Sou'th 02° 06 ' 36" East ,
749 .02 feet ; thence North 82° 37 ' 04" West , 15 . 21 feet to
the point of beginning , containing 0 . 26 acres .
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval
