AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CENTRAL HARDWARE CORPORATION EASEMENT
DEDICATION PLAT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTIOPI l . The record plat of Central Hardware Corporation,
Easement Dedication Plat , being part of Lot No. 1 of Rodney 400
Arpen Tract , lying in United States Private Surey No . 2199 ,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian ,
as recorded in Book 480 at Page 150 of the land records of Cape
Girardeau County, Missouri , submitted by Central Hardware
Corporation, a P4issouri Corporation , and bearing the certification
of R, Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor , dated
December 12 , 1988 , is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , P�issouri .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
