AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF SIEMERS
DRIVE , BEGINNING 2 , 350. 47 FEET NORTH OF
BLOOMFIELD ROAD AND CONTINUING TO MISSOURI STATE
ROUTE K , FOR A DISTANCE OF 2 , 757 ,98 FEET, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , P.S FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . That the qrade as hereinafter described shall be
the qrade of Siemers Drive 2 , 350 , 47 feet North of Bloomfield Road
and continuing to Missouri State Route K , for a distance of
2 ,757 , 98 feet , in the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , and is in
reference to Mean Sea LEvel ,
ARTICLE 2 , Begin a} the centerline of Siemers Drive 2 , 350 . 47
feet North of the the centerline of Bloomfield Road as S�ation
23+ 50 . 47 at an elevation of 482 . 60 ; thence with an ascending grade
of 0 .514� to Sta�ion 46 + 06 , 77 at an elevation of 394 . 28 ; thence
with a saq vertical curve for a distance of 200 feet '�o Station
48+06 , 77 at an elevation of 399 . 64 ; thence with an ascendinq grade
of 4 . 84� to Station 50+06 . 77 at an ElEvation of 409 , 32 ; thence
wi '�h a 200 foot lonq crest vertical curve for a distance of 99 . 68
feet to Station 51+08 . 45 at an elevation of 415 . 39 , ascending
tangen� qrade being 1 , 228� , to the South right-of-way line of
Missouri Route K as it crosses Siemers Drive and thEre tern�inating ,
