AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-112 OF THE CITY CODE ESTABLISHING NO PARKING
ON CORDELIA STREET FROM 7 : 30 A.M. TO 4 : 00 P,M. ,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU , MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE l . Schedule F of Section 26-112 of the Code of
OrdinancEs of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , is hereby
amended by establishing no parking zones in the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , at the followinq loca�ion:
Cordelia Street , East side , beqinninq at a point 66 feet
Nor�h of Independence Street and extendinq Northward a
distance of 204 feet , from 7 : 30 A. M, to 4 : 00 P, M.
Cordelia Street , West side , beginninq at a poin� 30 feet
South of Whitener Street and extending in a Southerly
dire�tion for a distance of 204 feet , from 7 : 30 A.M, to
4 :00 P. M.
ARTICLE 2. If any section , subsection , sentence , clause ,
phrase or por}ion of �his ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction , such
portion shall be deeir;c-d a separate , distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affec} the validity of the
remaining portions hereof .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passaqe and approval .
