AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATITdG FUNDS FOR EMERGENCY
OPERATIONS FOR THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAII�TED BY THE CCUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLO�dS :
ARTICLE l . The City Council of the City of Cape Girar�eau,
hereby appropriates from the unappr.opriated balance of the General
Fund for expenc:iture duri.ng the fiscal year ending June 30, 1991 ,
the sum of Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ( �35 , 000 . 00 ) for the
purpose of providing emergency operations for the City of Cape
Girardeau, Nissouri .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
