ORDINANCE N0. 3
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF RANDOL
FARMS SECOND ADDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE l . The record plat of Randol Farms Second Addition ,
located in that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23 ,
Township 31 North , Range 13 East of the Fifth Principle Meridian ,
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau , State of Missouri ,
submitted by Randol Farms Development , Inc . , and bearing the
certification of Wayne Koehler , a Reqistered Land Surveyor , dated
July 31 , 1990 , is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
plat with the date of Council approval and aff1X thereto the seal
of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
