AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-45 b. OF THE CITY CODE , BY PLACING STOP SIGNS
ON JESSICP., MELROSE, KEYSTONE, BRECKENRIDGE DRIVE
AND COPPER DRIVE , IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE l . Schedule C of Section 26- 45 b , of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , is hereby
amended by placinq a stop siqn in the City of Cape Girardeau ,
Missouri , at the following locations :
On Jessica at Kinqsway, Northwest corner facinq North .
On Melrose at Kinqsway � Northwest corner facinq North.
On Keystone at Mt . Auburn , Southwest corner facinq West .
On Breckenridge Drive at Mt . Auburn, Southwest corner
facinq West .
On Ccpper Drive at Keystone , Northwest corner facing North .
ARTICLE 2. If any section , subsection , sentence , clause ,
phrase or portion cf this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent �urisdiction , such
portion shall be deemed a separate , distinct and independent
provisian and such holdinq shall not affect the validity of the
remaininq portions hereof .
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passaqe and approval ,
