AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
HIS OAKS SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of His Oaks Subdivision , being
parts of Lot 11 , Block 5 in Rodney Vista and parts of Outlot 78-B
and Outlot 79 in U. S . P. S. 2199 , all in Township 31 North , Range 13
East of the Fifth Principal Meridian , City and County of Cape
Girardeau , State of Missouri , submitted by H. Wayne McCulley and
Betty L. McCulley , and bearing the certification of Richard T.
Koqge , a Registered Land Surveyor , dated July 19 , 1990 , is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri ,
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passaqe and approval .
