AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BLATTNER SECOND WEST SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE l , The record plat of Blattner Second West
Subdivision , being a part of Outlots No . 85 and 86 , United States
Private Survey No . 2199 , Township 30 North , Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian , City and County of Cape Girardeau , State
of Missouri , submitted by Drury Development Corporation , a
Missouri Corporation and Charles L. Drury Trustee Under Trust
Agreement , and bearing the certification of R. Christopher Bowen ,
a Registered Land Surveyor , dated July 13 , 1990 , is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
