AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING SEWER EASEMENTS FROM
ROBERT A. DRURY AND ANNA R. DRURY ; ROBERT A.
DRURY, TRUSTEE ; AND AMERIFIRST BANK OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU FOR SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT N0.
14-E-1-C-2

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLL04�S:
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement executed by Robert A. Drury and Anna R.
Drury, his wife , conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau ,
Missouri , an easement for sewers in Sewer District No . 14-E-1-C- 2,
more particularly described as follows , to-wit :
A 30 foot wide easement for sewers in, over , under and
above that portion of Outlot 84 , United States Private
Survey No . 2199 , Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian , City and County of Cape
Girardeau , State of Missouri , being more particularly
described as follows :
Begin at a poinc ;�arked by a 1/2" rebar with a yel��w cap
stamped BOWEN-LS 2232, said point being the northwest
corner of a tract of land described in Book No . 493 at Page
124 as recorded in the land records of the County Recorders
Office ; thence along the West line of said tract , South 07°
45' 00" East , 171 . 99 feet to the intersection of the �v'est
line of the above described tract and the North line of an
existing 20 foot wide sanitary sewer easement in favor of
the City of Cape Girardeau; thence South 85° 00 ' 34" West ,
20 . 00 feet along the North line of said Easement ; thence
North 07° 45 ' 00" West , 174 . 87 feet to the South
right-of-way line of Missouri State Route "K " , said point
being the beginning of a non-tangent curve concave to the
North , having a radius of 1980 . 00 feet and a central angle
of 00° 35 ' 19" , from which point a radial line bears North
03° 26 ' 40" East ; thence along said curve and right-of-way
line in an Easterly direction 20. 34 feet to ' the point of
beginning .
ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement executed by Robert A. Drury, Co-Trustee
Under Trust Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated January 3 ,
1967 , as amended December 31 , 1978 , and September 11 , 1986
respectively recorded in the Recorder 's Office for Cape Girardeau
County, Missouri , in Book 256 at Page 377 , Book 365 at Page 406 ,
and in Book 453 at Page 753, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , an easement for sewers in Sewer District No .
14-E-1-C- 2, more particularly described as follows , to-wit :
A 30 foot wide easement for sewers in , over , under and
above that portion of Outlot 84 , United States Private
Survey No . 2199 , Township 30 North , Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian , City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri , being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of United States Private
Survey No . 3090 , said corner being on the West line of
United States Private Survey No . 2199 , also being the
centerline of Mt . Auburn Road ; thence South 06° 02' 34 "
West , 3225 . 23 feet along the line between United States
Private Surveys No . ' s 3090 and 2199 and the centerline of
Mt . Auburn Road to the centerline of Missouri State Route K
at Station 279+ 23. 03 ; thence South 69° 18 ' 21 " East , 666 . 58
feet along said centerline of State Route K to the
centerline of St . Francis Drive ; thence North 21° 00 ' 10"
East , 269 .13 feet along said centerline; thence South 69°
21 ' 25" East , 30 . 00 feet to the intersection of the East
right-of-way line of St . Francis Drive and the proposed
South right -of-way line of Gordonville Road, (said proposed
centerline being 30 feet Southerly of and concentric with
the existing centerline of Gordonville Road) ; thence along
said proposed right-of-way line the following courses and
distances:
South 69° 21 ' 25" East , 18 .63 feet to the beginning of a
curve concave to the Northeast having a radius of 336 . 60
feet and a central angle of 21° 59 ' 09" ; thence in a
Northeasterly direction along said curve 129 . 16 feet ; thence
North 88 ° 39 ' 26" East , 182 . 37 feet ; thence departing said
right-of-way line South 04 ° 42 ' 49" West , 270 . 57 feet to
the beginning of a non-tangent curve concave to the
Northeast having a radius of 1810 . 00 feet and a central
angle of 27° 55 ' 46" , from which point a radial line bears
North 18° 17 ' 58" East ; thence in a Southeasterly direction
along said curve 214 . 34 feet to the true point of beginning ;
Thence continuing alonq said curve , 667 .96 feet ; thence
South 09° 37 ' 47" East , 30 . 00 feet to a point on the
Northerly right-of-way line of Missouri State Route K ; said
point being the beginning of a non-tangent curve concave to
the North , having a radius of 1840 . 00 feet and a central
angle of 21 ° 08 ' 11 " , from which point a radial line bears
North 09° 37 ' 47" West ; thence along said curve and
right-of-way line in a Westerly direction , 678 .78 feet ;
thence leaving said right-of-way line North 11° 02 ' 18"
East , 30 . 00 feet to the point of beginning .
ARTICLE 3. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement executed by Amerifirst Bank of Cape
Girardeau , a State Chartered Banking Institution of the County of
Cape Girardeau , in the State of Missouri , conveying to the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri , an easement for sewers in Sewer
District No . 14-E-1-C- 2, more particularly described as follows ,
to-wit :
A 30 foot wide easement for sewers in, over , under and
above that portion of Outlot 84 , United States Private
Survey No . 2199 , Township 30 North , Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape
Girardeau , State of Missouri , being more particularly
described as follows:

United States Private Survey No . 2199 , also being the

Northeasterly direction along said curve 129 . 16 feet ; thence
North 88° 39 ' 26" East , 182 . 37 feet ; thence departing said
right-of-way line South 04° 42' 49" West , 270 , 57 feet to
the beginning of a non-tangent curve concave to the
Northeast having a radius of 1810 . 00 feet and a central
angle of 06° 47 ' 06" , from which point a radial line bears
North 18° 17 ' 58" East , said point being the true point of
beginning ;
Thence in a Southeasterly direction along said curve 214 . 34
feet ; thence South 11 ° 02 ' 18" West , 30 . 00 feet to the
beginning of a non-tangent curve concave to the Northeast
having a radius of 1840 . 00 feet and a central angel of 06°
47 ' 34" , from which point a radial line bears North 11 ° 30 '
24" East , said point being on the North right-of-way line
of Missouri State Route K ; thence in a Southeasterly
direction along said curve and North right-of-way line
218 .15 feet ; thence North 18° 17 ' 58" East , 30, 00 feet to
the point of beginning .
ARTICLE 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
