AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-45 b . OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING STOP SIGNS ON
CORPORATE CIRCLE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule C of Section 26-45 b. of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , is hereby
amended by placinq a stop sign in the City of Cape Girardeau ,
Missouri , at the followinq location:
On Corporate Circle , Southeast corner facinq South , at
the Eastern intersection of Corporate Circle and Southern
Expressway.
On Corporate Circle , Southeast corner facing South , at
the Wester,n intersection of Corporate Circle and Southern
Expressway.
ARTICLE 2 . If any section , subsection , sentence , clause ,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction , such
portion shall be deemed a separate , distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaininq portions hereof .
ARTICLE 3 , This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval . �
