AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE 0 OF SECTION 26-87
OF THE CITY CODE, RELATING TO NO LEFT TURN FROM
THE K-MART PARKING LOT ON TO KINGSHIGHWAY, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule 0 of Section 26-87 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , relating to
prohibited turns is hereby amended by adding the following:
No left turn on to Missouri Route 34 (also known as
Kingshighway) at Drive entrance on the �1est side of said
Missouri Route 34 , located at or near Station 1119 + 10 of
said highway (commonly known as K-Mart Parking Lot
entrance ) .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval ,
