AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF A
RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , & 7 OF SUMMIT
ESTATES SUBDIVISION AND PART OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 26
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE l . The record plat of A Resubdivision of Lots 3, 4 ,
5 , 6 , & 7 of Summit Estates Subdivision and Part of the Southwest
Quarter of Fractional Section 26 , being a part of Township 31
North, Range 13 East , City and County of Cape Girardeau , State of
Missouri , submitted by G. Keith Deimund , Trustee of the G. Keith
Deimund Trust , and bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler , a
Registered Land Surveyor , dated May 9 , 1990 , is hereby approved .
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
