AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF KAGE HILLS
DRIVE FROM KAGE ROAD (WESTERLY INTERSECTION) TO
KAGE ROAD (NORTHEASTERLY INTERSECTION) , FOR A
DISTANCE OF 1495 FEET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLL04dS :
ARTICLE l . That the grade as hereinafter described shall be
the grade of Kage Hills Drive from Kage Road (Westerly
Intersection ) to Kage Road (Northeasterly Intersection ) , for a
distance of 1495 Feet , in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri ,
and is in reference to Mean Sea Level .
ARTICLE 2. Begin at the centerline of Kage Hills Drive 12 . 5
feet from the centerline of Kage Road and being on the North edge
of Kage Road (Westerly Intersection ) as Station 0+12 . 50 at an
elevation of 413 . 32; thence with an ascending grade of 1$ to
Station 0+50 at an elevation of 413 . 70 ; thence with a sag vertical
curve for a distance of 100 feet to Station 1+50 at an elevation
of 415 . 95; thence with an ascending grade of 3 . 5o to Station 3+40
at an elevation of 422 . 60 ; thence �aith a crest vertical curve a
distance of 100 feet to Station 4+40 at an elevation of 425 . 10;
thence with an ascending grade of 1 . 5� to Station 4+50 at an
elevation of 425 . 25 ; thence with a sag vertical curve for a
distance of 100 feet to Station 5+50 at an elevation of 428 . 44 ;
thence with an ascending grade of 4 . 889� to Station 6+15 at an
elevation of 431 . 62 ; thence with a sag vertical curve for a
distance of 220 feet to Station 8+35 at an elevation of 454 . G0 ;
thence with an ascending grade of 16o to Station 9+25 at an
elevation of 469 . 00 ; thence with a crest vertical curve for a
distance of 200 feet to Station 11+25 at an elevation of 469 . 00 ;
thence with a descending grade of 16� to Station 11+90 at an
elevation of 457 . 80 ; thence with a sag vertical curve for a
distance of 260 feet to Station 14+15 at an elevation of 433 . 10 ;
thence with a descending grade of 3o to Station 15+07 . 7 at an
elevation of 431 . 52 also being on the edge of Kage Road ,
(Northeasterly Intersection ) , 10 feet from the center of Kage Road
and there terminating .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
