AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION 26-112 OF THE CITY
CODE ESTABLISHING NO PARKING IN THE 200 BLOCK OF SOUTH MIDDLE
STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE l . Schedule F of Section 26-112 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , is hereby
amended by establishinq a no parkinq zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , at the followinq location:
200 block of South Middle Street extendinq from the
northwest and the northeast corners of the intersection of
Good Hope and Middle Street northward for a distance of 111 '
on both the west curb line and the east curb line .
ARTICLE 2. If any section , subsection, sentence , clause ,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent iurisdiction , such
portion shall be deemed a separate , distinct and independent
provision and such holdin4 shall not affect the validity of the
remaininQ portions hereof .
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passaqe and apprOVal .
