, AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A
SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO COMMUNITY COUNSELING
CENTER, FOR PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING
AND OPERATING A MEDICAL CLINIC/PROFESSIONAL
OFFICE FACILITY AT 2953 BLOOMFIELD ROAD, IN THE
CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, Community Counselina Center is the owner of certain
propertv in the Citv of Cape Girardeau , on which it desires to
construct , maintain and operate a medical clinic/ professional
office facility ; and
WHEREAS , the proposed location of said medical clinic/
professional office facilitv is 2953 Bloomfield , which property is
presently zoned R-1 , Sinale Family Residential District ; and
WHEREAS, a Special Use Permit is reauired for said medical
clinic/professional office facilitv use in a R-1 zone ;
WHEREAS , a Special Use Permit was previouslv qranted and is
due to expire before construction can be done ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The Citv Council havinq duly considered the
application finds that the extension of time of the Special Use
Permit will not substantiallv increase traffic hazards ,
conaestion , fire hazards or adverselv affect the aeneral character
of the neiahborhood or the aeneral welfare of the communitv , nor
will it overtax public utilities or be in conflict with the
comprehensive plan.
ARTICLE 2. A Special Use Permit for purposes of constructina ,
maintaininq and operatinq a medical clinic/ professional office
facility , on the followina described property:
Al1 of 4 . 13 acres , part of Out Lot No . 86 in Survev No .
2199 , Township 30 North , Ranae 13 East , described by metes
and bounds as follows: Be4innina at a corner on the South
side of the Cape Girardeau and Bloomfield Gravel Road , from
which a Locust tree 24 inches in diameter bears North 53
dearees East 49 links , (the same bein4 the Northwest corner
of a certain 10 . 90 acres tract in said Out Lot No . 86 as
shown on plat made bv L. M. Bean , County Survevor of record
in the Recorder ' s Office at Jackson, Mo . , in Survevor ' s
Record No . 8 at paqe 7 . ) and run South 6 3/4 de4rees East
with the east line of County Road 7 . 75 chains to the
Northwest corner of Otto F. Willa tract in said Out Lot No .
86 ; thence Eastwardly 4 . 36 chains to the Northeast corner
of Otto F. Willa tract on the West line of the Ivan M.
Kraemer tract ; thence North 4 3/4 dearees East 9 . 62 chains
to a corner on the South line of the Cape Girardeau and
Bloomfield Gravel Road and at the Northwest corner of the
Ivan M. Kraemer tract ; thence with said road South 81 1/2
dearees West 3 . 43 chains to a corner , and thence South 67
deqrees 4�est 2. 78 chains to the place of beainninq .

EXCEPT that part conveved to Claude Gleason and wife bv
Warrantv Deed recorded in Book 153 , at Paae 212 .
is herebv extended for an additional period of six months to
Communitv Counselina Center under the same terms and conditions as
previouslv approved .
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passaae and approval .
