AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF BEAN' S
EIGHTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE l . The record plat of Bean ' s Eighth Subdivision,
being a part of Out Lot 82 of Surve_y 2199, Townships 30 and 31
North, Ranqe 13 East , City and County of Cape Girardeau , State of
Missouri , submitted by Frank Bean and Mary Ellen Bean, and bearinq
the certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a Reqistered Land Surveyor ,
dated March 15 , 1990 , is hereby approved .
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to siqn the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
