AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF SEWER
DISTRICT N0. 14-1-B-3, A SUBDIVISION OF SEWER
DISTRICT N0. 14-1-B , APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF SANITARY LATERAL
SEGdERS IN SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14-1-B-3, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY LATERAL
SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14-1-B-3, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLL04dS :
ARTICLE 1 . That the boundaries of Sewer District No .
14-1-B-3, a subdivision of Sewer District No. 14-1-B in the City
of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , shall be as follows :
Commence at the Quarter Section Corner along the West line
of Section 26 , also being the Northwest corner of Parcel 7,
Block 4 ; as desiqnated on the Assessment Maps of the County
of Cape Girardeau , Missouri ; thence continue Easterly alonq
said Section line 578 feet, more or less, to the Northeast
corner of Parcel 6 , Block 4 , for the point of beginning ;
thence continue South 87° 38 ' East , 622 feet more or less
to the Northeast corner of Parcel 1 , Block 3 ; thence South
0° 10' West , 315 . 5 feet , thence South 89° 00' East 138
feet ; thence South 0 ° 10 ' West 507 feet more or less to a
point on the East line of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 26 ; thence Westerly 344 feet
more or less to a point on the East line of Parcel 5, Block
2 ; thence South 5° 00 ' East , 40 feet more or less to a
point ; thence South 10° 00` West , 248 . 4 feet to the
Southeast corner of Parcel 6 , �lock 2 ; thence North 50° 0 '
West , 346 . 0 feet to the Southwest property corner of Parcel
6 , Block 2, also being the East right-of-way of Kage Hills
Drive ; thence Northwesterly, 25 feet more or less to the
centerline of Kage Hills Drive, also being the most
Southern point of Parcel 8, Block 3 ; thence Northerly and
47esterly along the West side of said Block 8 as follows :
North 58° 12 ' West , 150 feet ; thence Northerly, 254 . 1 feet ;
thence Easterly 40 feet , more or less ; thence North 14° 22 '
44" ti�est , 142 . 5 feet ; thence North 7° 27 ' 45" West , 175
feet to the South right-of-way line of Kage Hills Drive;
thence North 7° 27 ' 45" West , 50 feet to the North
riqht-of-wav line of Kaqe Hills Drive and the Southwest
corner of Lot 6, Block 4 ; thence North 7° 27 ' 45" East ,
171 . 7 feet to the Northeast corner of Parcel 6 , Block 4 ,
also being the point of beginnina.
ARTICLE 2 . That the plans for the construction of a system of
sanitary lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No . 14-1-B-3, a
copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, are
hereby approved and ordered filed .
ARTICLE 3 . That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after ten days followinq its passaqe and
approval .
