AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING STOP SIGNS
ON SADDLERIDGE LANE AT ABBEY ROAD; EARLEEN
DRIVE AT ABBEY ROAD AND ON HORSESHOE RIDGE AT
ABBEY ROAD, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On Saddleridge Lane at Abbey Road, on the Northwest
corner, facing North.
On Earleen Drive at Abbey Road, on the Southeast corner,
facing South.
On Horseshoe Ridge at Abbey Road, on the Northwest
corner, facing North.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
