AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE O OF SECTION
26-216 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING NO U-
TURNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH SPRIGG AND
BERTLING STREETS, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule O of Section 26-216 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing no U-Turns in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
No person operating a vehicle shall make a U-Turn at the
intersection of North Sprigg and Bertling Streets.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
