AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BEAN'S NINETH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Bean's Nineth Subdivision, a
parcel of land being all of Lot 1 of San Dangaro 4th Subdivision
(corrected plat) being a part of Survey No. 2198, Township 31
North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, containing 0. 64589
acres more or less, submitted by Beacon Industries, FBD, Inc. , and
bearing the certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated July 2 , 1991, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
