AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION 26-247
OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ON MT.
AUBURN ROAD, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing _ no parking zones in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Mt. Auburn Road -- East and West sides, from Bloomfield
Road to the intersection of Mt. Auburn Road and
Independence Street.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
