AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PERMANENT SEWER EASEMENT
FROM MOUNT AUBURN CHRISTIAN CHURCH
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Permanent Sewer Easement executed by Mount Auburn
Christian Church, a Missouri Not-for-Profit Corporation, conveying
to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Permanent Sewer Easement
for land in Lateral Sewer District No. 14-1-A-1, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land being 15. 0 feet wide in out Lot 78-B in
Survey 2199, Township 31 North, Range 13 East in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, being 7 . 5 feet
either side of the following described centerline, to-
wit:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Outlot 78-B;
thence South 7° 00' West, 236 . 5 feet; thence South 83 °
00' East, 35 . 0 feet to the most Westerly Northwest corner
of the aforesaid Church lands; thence South 83 ° 41' 16"
East along the North line of said Church lands, 116. 33
feet; thence South 8° 18' 44" West, 60. 8 feet; thence
South 82 ° 21' 10" East along the property line common to
Bill Armbruster and the Mount Auburn Christian Church,
183 . 22 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 10°
14 ' 20" East, 285. 3 feet to the center of an existing
manhole and there terminating.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
