AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF SECTION
26-260 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING A
HANDICAPPED PARKING ZONE ON FREDERICK STREET, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by establishing a handicapped parking zone in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri , at the following location :
Frederick Street, East Side, starting at a point 77 feet
South of the Southeast corner of the intersection of
William Street and Frederick Street along the East curb
line of Frederick Street and extending Southward a distance
of 22 feet .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
