AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE P OF SECTION
26-248 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING LIMITED
PARKING ON LORIMIER STREET , IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule P of Section 26-248 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by establishing a limited parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , at the following location :
Lorimier Street, West Side, starting at a point 84 feet
North of Broadway on the West side of Lorimier Street, and
extending Northward along the West curb line for a distance
of 24 feet and there terminating, between 8 : 00 A .M. and
4 : 00 P .M.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
