AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION 26-247
OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ON
BROOKSHIRE DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Brookshire Drive, North curb line, from the Northwest
corner of the intersection of Brookshire Drive and Cape
Rock Drive along the North curb line of Brookshire Drive
to the Northeast corner of the intersection of Brookshire
Drive and Amblewood.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
