AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CAPE WEST FIRST SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Cape ti�est First Subdivision,
being a part United States Private Surveys 175 and 3090, Township
30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri , submitted by Drury
Development Corporation, and bearing the certification of R .
Christopher Bowen , a Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 29 ,
1991 , is hereby approved .
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
