AN ORDITIANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SPECIAL WARRANTY DEEDS TO H.W. I . BUILDING
CORPORATION, FOR LAND IN THE CAPE GIRARDEAU
INDUSTRIAL TRACT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE l . The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby authorized to execute a Special
Warranty Deed conveying real estate to H.W. I . Building
Corporation, an Indiana Corporation, for land in the Cape
Girardeau Industrial Tract , described as follows, to-wit :
Part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section
27 , Township 30 North, Range 13 East , County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri , described as follows :
Start at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of
said Section 27 ; thence North 0° 36 ' West , along the West
line of said Section 27 , 30 . 0 feet to the North line of the
Nash Road; thence South 89° 15 ' East , along said North
line, 100 . 0 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 0°
36 ' West , parallel to the West line of said Section 27 ,
656 . 4 feet to the South line of a 25 . 0 foot Railroad
easement ; thence South 89° 23 ' East, along the said South
line, 1240 . 0 feet ; thence South 0° 36 ' East , 659 . 3 feet , to
the North line of the Nash Road; thence North 89° 15 ' West ,
along said North line, 1240 . 0 feet to the point of
beginning, and containing 18 . 726 acres .
