AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
F AND L NITSCH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of F and L Nitsch Subdivision,
being a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 31
North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri, submitted by Alice Benton,
Elda Siebert and Elsie Peetz, and bearing the certification of
Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated October 26, 1994,
is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
