AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE K OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING YIELD
SIGNS ON CAPE ROCK DRIVE AT ITS INTERSECTION
WITH LEXINGTON AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE l. Schedule K of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing yield signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On Cape Rock Drive at Lexington Avenue, Southeast Corner,
requiring motor vehicles Northbound on Cape Rock Drive
and turning East onto Lexington Avenue to yield to
oncoming vehicles.
On Cape Rock Drive at Lexington Avenue, Northwest Corner
requiring motor vehicles Southbound on Cape Rock Drive
and turning West onto Lexington Avenue to yield to
oncoming vehicles.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
