AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
RANDOL FARMS ESTATES SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Randol Farms Estates
Subdivision, being a part of the South half of Section 23 , Township
31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri, submitted by Randl
Farms Development Co. , Inc. , a Missouri Corporation, and bearing
the certification of Scott A. Richards, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated August 31, 1994, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
