AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
NORTHFIELD SIXTEENTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Northfield Sixteenth
Subdivision, being a part of U.S.P. S. 2198, Township 31 North,
Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau Missouri, submitted by Northfield
Properties, Inc. , a Missouri Corporation, and bearing the
certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated July 25, 1994, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
