AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CAPEWEST SIXTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Capewest Sixth Subdivision,
being a part of Lots 1 and 3 of Commissioners Plat of Subdivision
of U.S.P.S. No. 3090, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri, submitted by Druco
Incorporated, a Missouri Corporation, and bearing the certification
of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
August 26, 1994, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . Pursuant to Section 3 . 15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
