AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
MT. AUBURN SUBDIVISION NO. 8
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Mt. Auburn Subdivision No. 8,
being all of Lot No. 8 of Mt. Auburn Subdivision No. 5 as recorded
in Plat Book 17 at Page 31 of the land records of Cape Girardeau
County, Missouri, and part of the South half of Section 26,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri, submitted by
Cape Bible Chapel, Inc. , a Missouri Corporation, and Dr. Karen
Yates Bey, and bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated August 8, 1994, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . Pursuant to Section 3 . 15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
