AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
STONEBRIDGE SUBDIVISION, PHASE 3
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Stonebridge Subdivision, Phase
3, being a part of U. S. Surveys No. 203 , 679 and 787, Township 30
North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri, submitted by Stonebridge
Subdivision, Inc. , a Missouri Corporation, and bearing the
certification of Carl M. Friese, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
April 22 , 1994, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
