AN ORDINANCE APPROVING TIiE RECORD PLAT OF
JUNG SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Jung Subdivision, being a
resubdivision of Lot 22 of Independence West First Commercial
Subdivision, a part of Outlot No. 81, 82 and 87 and Rodney 400
Arpen Tract, U.S.P.S. No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of
the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau Missouri, submitted by Christopher H. Jung and Myra S.
Jung, husband and wife, and Eric R. Marquart and Karla K. Marquart,
husband and wife, and bearing the certification of Richard I.
Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated August 11, 1994, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . Pursuant to Section 3 . 15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
