AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
ACY-RAREN SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Acy-Karen Subdivision, part of
Fractional Section 30, Township 31 North, Range 14 East, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri, containing 0. 6048 acre
more or less, submitted by Jean Lloyd Estes, a single person, and
bearing the certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated June 1, 1994, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
