AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
MT. AUBURN SUBDIVISION NO. 7
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Mt. Auburn Subdivision No. 7,
a Resubdivision of Lots 2 & 3 of Mt. Auburn Subdivision No. 6, as
recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 44 in the land records of Cape
Girardeau County, Missouri, submitted by G. Keith Deimund, Trustee
of the G. Keith Deimund Trust, and bearing the certification of
Christopher L. Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 28,
1994, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
