AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
JULIE SUBDIVISION NO. 2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Julie Subdivision No. 2, being
a part of Fractional Section 35, Township 31 North, Range 13 East,
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by
Robert A. Drury and Anna R. Drury, husband and wife, and bearing
the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated May 24, 1994, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . Pursuant to Section 3 . 15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, ths measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
