AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
LEXINGTON PLACE FIRST SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Lexington Place First
Subdivision, being a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26,
Township 31 North of the Baseline, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, submitted by Lexington Place L.L.C. , a Missouri Limited
Liability Company, and bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler,
a Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 11, 1994, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
