AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUND TRANSFERS IN
PAYMENT TO LAGERS, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates the following for expenditure during
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1994 .
One Million Two Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Five Hundred
Forty-Eight Dollars ($1, 255, 548. 00) for transfer from Street
Improvement Fund to General Fund.
One Million Two Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Five Hundred
Forty-Eight Dollars ($1, 255, 548 . 00) for transfer from General
Fund to Fringe Benefit Fund.
One Million Two Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Five Hundred
Forty-Eight Dollars ($1, 255,548. 00) for payment to Lagers for
refund of employee contributions.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
