AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PERMANENT EASEMENT
FOR A SANITARY SEWER FROM THE SIX-THIRTY
CORPORATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Permanent Easement executed by Six-Thirty, Inc. a
Missouri Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, a Permanent Easement to coordinate a Community
Development Block Grant to be used to fund construction of a
sanitary sewer which will serve relocated Mid-South Steel Products,
inc. , described as follows, to-wit:
A part of Out Lot No. 61, United States Private Survey
No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, being more particularly described as
follows:
A strip of land being 15 feet wide,
Commencing at the southeast corner of a tract of land
recorded in the land records of the County Recorder's
Office in Book No. 498 at Page No. 22, said point being
on the South line of Out Lot No. 61, from which point the
Southwest corner of said Out Lot 61 bears North 82° 37'
04" West, 2193 . 56 feet; thence along the East line of the
aforesaid tract of land, North 02° 06' 36" West, 348 . 40
feet; thence leaving said East line, South 82° 37' 04"
East, 45. 62 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
continuing South 82° 37' 04" East, 15. 21 feet; thence
North 02° 06' 36" West, 469. 57 feet to a point on the
southerly right-of-way line of Corporate Circle Drive,
said point being the beginning of a non-tangent curve
concave to the Northwest, having a central angle of O1°
25' 45" and a radius of 602 . 35 feet, from which point a
radial line bears North 06° 03 ' 28" West; thence along
said curve and right-of-way in a southwesterly direction
15. 02 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way, South 02°
06' 36" East, 466. 22 feet to the True Point of Beginning,
containing 0. 16 acres, more or less.
ARTICLE 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
