AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING STOP SIGNS
ON LEXINGTON AVENUE, CENTENNIAL DRIVE AND
RIVERCREST DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing a stop sign in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On Lexington Avenue at Sherwood Drive, Southwest corner
Facing West.
On Lexington Avenue at Sherwood Drive, Northeast Corner
Facing East.
On Centennial Drive at Rand Street, Northeast Corner
facing East.
On Centennial Drive at Rand Street, Southwest Corner
facing West.
On Rivercrest Drive at Rand Street, Northeast Corner
facing East.
On Rivercrest Drive at Rand Street, Southwest Corner
facing West.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
