AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
FARRAR DRIVE SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Farrar Drive Subdivision, being
a part of United States Private Survey No. 3090, Township 30 North,
Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Robert A. Drury
and Anna R. Drury, husband and wife, and bearing the certification
of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated March
31, 1994 , is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
