AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, BY REPEALING A
LOCATION ON LOUISIANA AVENUE AND ESTABLISHING
NO PARKING ON LOUISIANA AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing the following language:
Louisiana Avenue -- East and West sides, from the corner
of Broadway and Louisiana Street South along the East and
West curb lines for a distance of 260 feet.
ARTICLE 2 . Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Louisiana Avenue -- East and West sides, from the
intersection of Broadway and Louisiana Avenue, Southward
along the East and West curb lines for a distance of 235
feet.
Louisiana Avenue -- East side, Begin at a distance of 288
feet North of the Northeast intersection of Luce Street
and North Louisiana Avenue and continue Northward along
the East curb line for a distance of 26 feet.
Louisiana Avenue -- East side, begin at a distance of 339
feet North of the Northeast intersection of Luce Street
and North Louisiana Avenue and continue Northward on the
East curb line for a distance of 20 feet.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
