AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE P OF SECTION
26-248 OF THE CITY CODE, BY REPEALING A
LOCATION ON LOUISIANA AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule P of Section 26-248 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing the following language:
Louisiana Avenue - East side, beginning from a point 260
feet South of Broadway and extending Southward to the
intersection of Louisiana Avenue and Bessie Street, from
8: 00 A.M. to 4 : 00 P.M. , Monday through Friday, except
holidays.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
