AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLAT OF AN INGRESS-
EGRESS EASEMENT FOR JACK R. RUOPP AND JANICE
A. RUOPP AS AN APPROVED PLACE FOR RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES, SAID EASEMENT BEING
LOCATED IN PART OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 35,
TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, CITY AND
COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. A plat of an ingress-egress easement for Jack R.
Ruopp and Janice A. Ruopp is hereby approved as an approved place
for residential development purposes, on the following described
real estate, to-wit:
A strip of land 50 feet lying on the Easterly side of the
following described line:
A part of Fractional Section 35, Township 31 North, Range
13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City and County
of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot No. 3 of
Shenandoah Valley Park Second Subdivision as recorded in
the land records of the County Recorder's Office in Plat
Book No. 14 at Page No. 29; thence North 81° 41' 24"
West, 50. 06 feet along the North line of Julie Drive to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
Thence leaving the North line of said Julie Drive, North
05° 26' 10" East, 621. 91 feet, and there terminating.
The sideline of the above described easement being
prolonged to terminate at the North line of Julie Drive.
ARTICLE 2 . Pursuant to Section 3 . 15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
