AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
HIINTER'8 PLACE SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Hunter's Place Subdivision,
being a resubdivision of that part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 31 North, Range 13 East
of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Bo Shantz and Dianne Shantz, and
bearing the certification of Richard T. Kagge, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated March 3, 1994 , is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
