AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
LAFENTRES RESUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Lafentres Resubdivision of Lots
1, 2, 3 , and Lot 12 (except the East 100 feet, all in Block 1 of
Thiele's Subdivision (Plat Book 4, Page 51) and the East 100 feet
of the North 200 feet of Lot 2 , Block 24 of Monticello Second
Subdivision (Plat Book 4 , Page 49) , in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Mary B. LaFentres, and bearing
the certification of Richard T. Kagge, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated December 4 , 1993 , is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
