AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING NO
PARRING ON LEXINGTON AVENUE AND LOUISIANA
STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Lexinqton Avenue -- North and South sides, from a point
150 feet West of the Northwest corner of Concord Place
and Lexington Avenue, Westward to the intersection of
Perryville Road and Lexington Avenue.
Louisiana Street -- East and West sides, from the corner
of Broadway and Louisiana Street South along the East and
West curb lines for a distance of 260 feet.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
